The Digital Plant Manager, will be responsible for the overall direction of the manufacturing facility, focusing on employee development and deployment, right sizing and technology implementation. This position also ensures compliance with government regulations and corporate policies concerning safety, environment and employee relations.
You will be challenged with creating a cohesive cross functional team through effective leadership and communication while delivering high quality products and services to our customers.
Some specific responsibilities include:
• Digital Printing Operations Management Experience in a High Volume Environment is required
• Working understanding of a Digital Front End
• Management Experience with sheet-fed or web offset printing
• Working knowledge of high-end prepress systems capabilities.
• Finishing/Bindery experience.
• Experience with highly personalized, quality critical applications
• P&L Management and ability to maintain proper plant expense ratios
• Ability to balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas of production.
• Considerable computer Literacy with Microsoft Office Products
• Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing experience requires as well as experience with ISO type certifications.
