Direct To Garment - A3 DX5 Head Print issues

Hello all,

I am facing an issue with the DTG we recently bought from Chinese company.

Please see the pictures below, the head status comes out correct all nozzels are correct , however when we print this is what happens.

Any suggestions what can be the root cause?
