DIY color viewing table

I am planning to DIY a color viewing table. I already have 4 GraphicLite 100 40watt lamps, electronic ballasts, a stripping table where a 38 x 25 stock can fit and the table is place on neutral gray wall.

Question is.
How high should I place the lamps?
I have a Sekonic light meter. Can I use it?
What else do I need?

Thanks for your intelligent advises!
