1. SUMMARY: Candidate will actively lead the inspection process of document fulfillment, track and document inspections, and report on results. Candidate will also actively participate in formulating new quality control processes.
2. ACCOUNTABILITIES
Quality Control
• Check and approve the quality of each product once it has been fulfilled (sampling will be used for large mailings)
• Record and report on all quality control inspections performed and their results
• Identify risks in current processes and evaluate ways to mitigate
• Evaluate current quality control processes in place and define ways to improve
• Support Client Fulfillment Services Coordinator in developing metrics to evaluate quality assurance, reporting on quality assurance data and meeting all client expectations
3. SUPERVISORY/ LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
None at this time.
4. QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• High school degree, any secondary education a plus
• Highly focused and detail-oriented
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with statistics and numbers
• Ability to work independently
• Understanding of financial industry’s needs and objectives a plus
• Must be able to pass an extensive background check process (including credit and finances) and drug test
5. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience following and implementing detailed document inspection processes
• Experience and ability to develop standards and measurements to evaluate the content accuracy of the product
• High school degree, any secondary education a plus
6. WORK ENVIRONMENT
The job is primarily performed in a restricted office/warehouse environment. It is a dynamic and open space where a team of 10 people work from Monday thru Fridays, 8 AM – 7 PM. On occasion, the team has to work overtime staying late on a weekday or coming in on Saturdays. The environment can be stressful at times with deadline pressure to complete multiple priorities. Less than 10% travel required.
