Can you explain with more details your problem please? are you getting an error message? Is the On Line hand shake to processor not working?

I was facing the error is wait for inline process,after that i saw Detector status that is processor not ready. after that i traced that machine to processor online cable, cable is ok, but i was short that two cable it was showed processor not ready, pls help me what is problem

Hello Subramani,

This is what should happen when the Dolev tries to unload film:

No Ready Signal from the Processor. Before the unloading, the plotter waits for the ready signal from the processor. The waiting takes 240 seconds and after that the error message appears.

Possible causes could be:

Cassette ; On-Line Detector . Make sure that the lever is turned towards the On Line position and the Microswitch is made (working)

Processor to Standard Controller Cable . This is the cable from the Processor to the Dolev that the Dolev gets its signal ( +5v). Check uif the cable is connected and not loose. Open the Right Hand Side door and check the cable. Follow the cable from the processor into the Dolev. I think that it should be a 9 pin D type connector.

Processor Signals . These are the signals that the Dolev is waiting to receive from the Processor when Processor is Ready.

Standard Controller Mother Board . Hope that this is OK because this is the main board in the Electronics box of the Dolev.

Does anybody can take a pictures of the processor interface cable's connectors locations?
Is it connected directly to pc motherboard? COM? I can't find any information about ProcessorInterface socket location...
I am trying to remote support a client wich have the same problem with lost signal after disassembling/assembling the line and i am not sure that he has connected this cable to the right socket )) Thanks for help!
