DPM34HSC CTP error code 6020

I have a DPM34HSC and it has started showing an error code 6020 which shows engine error cycle engine power and retry job laser fault detected. When I open the details window it shows general error with imaging engine. Turn platemaker off wait 10 seconds then turn it back on. I have followed the instructions shown but no luck. It will output a plate but it is not lasered. Any suggestions? I am no where near a tech to do the repairs and need this thing up and operating as soon as possible.
