DPX System - plate width too large, invalid clipping error

We're running the ECRM v7.2 software for our DPX 460 system and recently changed the plate media from 13.3" to 13" wide and made the adjustment to my media manager for the new plate material width.

Problem: when I send a 12"x18" page size (for 11x17 bleed) to the RIP, it gives me a error: left margin + plate width + right margin too large. invalid clipping error.

I've tried reducing the page to the minimum essential for output and I've checked the page setups. It's not showing any margins on the left or right and smaller page sizes will image with no problem.

Has anyone seen this before? Any suggestions for correcting it?

Note: going back to the other plate width is not an option at this time...

can you leave the settings at 13.3 and just change the actual material to 13? can you change the margin settings?

I could change it back to 13.3 - although I'm not an expert on laser developing that brings up concerns with the laser and where it processes, develops and stops.

I can change margin settings - they're currently at 0. Are you suggesting that I set for the difference - (plate width - image area) /2 = new margin width)?

thanks everyone for the suggestions... finally got through to my dealer. They were saying it was either the page rotating sideways on my plate or objects on the page that are too large to print.

In the end... I couldn't get it to work no matter how much or how little was on the page so I decided to try reloading my settings to my last configuration backup. Guess what... it worked. My guess is something corrupted.
