Duplo DSF-2000 & DBM-120 SXS VS 150 Digital DSF-2200 & DBM-150 w/ SxS Kit/DBM-150T

I am a small format duplicator / digital print shop owner. We have a Xerox 1000 with a booklet maker and a Kodak B&W with a booklet maker but are constantly required to go offline with booklet making for various reasons. We do less than 15K booklets per month. A Duplo Booklet Maker is a big ticket purchase for us. Do we buy a nice used Duplo DSF-2000 Sheet Feeder & DBM-120 SXS Booklet Maker with Trimmer with only 255,000 cycles VS. a NEW 150 Digital Booklet System DSF-2200 with DBM-150 with SxS Kit/DBM-150T? The used machine is a little less than half the price of the new 150. Are the upgrades from the DSF-2000 and 120 to the DSF-2200 and 150 worth paying twice as much? What is the monthly duty cycle of a Duplo and what the most cycles anyone as seen on one of these machine?

I would stray away from the DSF2000,120 not much available for Parts and it has a motor lock board error 2200 feeder that is a death nail because of Parts availability. DSF200 is a great little feeder, well worth the upgrade.
