E-mail notifications?

How do I remove e-mail notifications? I dont need to recieve an e-mail each time someone replys to a thread that i've commented on...

go to User CP up top, then to Edit Options on the left, then down to Messaging & Notification, and set Default Thread Subscription Mode to "Do not subcribe".
