Egraf Processor Thermal Plate..?? Help..

Hi..I have a Luscher Xpose Thermal CTP..

I have a lot of problems with the actual Kodak plate processor...So I need returned to the company that sales me the CTP and the Thermal Processor...but. They toll me that only have a processor called EGRAF from Italy...they says that is a good plates processor..but another people says that the EGRAF have a problems on the transmission motor and the rollers and some pieces are of plastic and its a trouble to get the parts..

Any comments about this..?

they are ins the US sales parts for this Processor or support..?
