We are a digital print shop in the Northeast. We have an older 9800 that was backup to our 11880 & getting very heavy usage, but it recently had bad quality then stopped printing totally & the tech said it could cost up to $1500 to fix it depending on what they found to be the problems (this is after an initial $500 to get it running at all.)
So we decided to replace it with a new 11880 for a variety of reasons, including the fact that used 9800s seem to be going for that much online & it's slow & the ink colors aren't the same as the 11880. Before we try Ebay, is anyone here interested in a parts machine, and/or 11 unused ink cartridges? (1 ea M, Y, LB, LLB, PB; 2 LM, LC, C plus some partials) Or have any recommendations for better places to list than Ebay?
