I just came across the "PaperLab"–a paper recycler that looks interesting:

Seiko Epson Corporation has developed what it believes to be the world's first compact office papermaking system capable of producing paper from securely shredded waste paper with minimal use of water.

The system enables the production of paper in various sizes, thicknesses and types, from standard printing and business card paper to colored and scented paper.

The company plans to put the "PaperLab" into commercial production in Japan in 2016, with sales in other regions to be decided at a later date. A prototype of the PaperLab was demonstrated at Eco-Products 2015 in December. See the link to read more.
