Epson P9000 - Printing Wrong Size

We just set up this printer, and every print is off by about an 1/8” in height. Width is accurate, but it is shortening the height slightly compared to the size it should be printing according to Photoshop.

Printing on 44” wide Epson canvas.

Any suggestions, or directions we should look into to resolve?

Just a thought...can you scale the graphic asymmetrically to compensate?

You may need to alter the paper feed adjustment

What RIP are you using?
I know in Onyx you can add a compensation factor to allow for this kind of problem.
You print a line then enter the measured length then it adjusts every print afterwards.

Like Bly said...if you're using a RIP to bybass the Epson driver, there will be a paper adjustment control in there somewhere.
