Since Suite 12 looks like Esko is working only for ArtiosCad and Artpro +, there is also a shortage of people who understand and implement all those features.

We use Esko PackEdge and Plato. Documentation is lametacular. I get the "oh you're still using those" vibe every time I log a support call. Last time they told me to address my issue in Illustrator because it's "less clunky." Can't argue with that.

Unbelievable, I hope that in a near future the script for Illustrator can replace all those alternative software. The truth is that I have been developing some scripts running in Adobe suite since last year and already have good results.
