Esko Licensing Problem

Hi everybody,

I have my flexrip working properly through BackStage tickets, if I use the hotfolder in the dispatcher, it will log as unlicensed, but I checked that my license has "frippdf" feature.

Is there anything else that should make it working?

How long have you had ESKO?
Have you ever used the hot folders before?
What is your output device?

By the way one more question, have you look at the hotfolder configuration?
Tab "PS|PDF input requires a password.

Hi Joeno,

This a FlexRip/T that generates 1-bit tiff files.
I have been using it for so long with my BackStage 7r3, but never used the hotfolder function in FlexRip.

I believe the password tab is for secured PDF files.
