Evaluating ink savings from TIFF files

Hi,

For your information, a new FREE utility called PerfX Image Ink™ allows to evaluate ink savings between 2 TIFF images files separated with different ink saving solutions.
This way you can evaluate the real ink savings based on your own test files.
The tool calculates the ink coverage area for each primary colors and provides comparative statistics.

Hi Rich,

It could be done but not as a free tool.
You can still make a tiff from your PDF with your RIP in oreder to evaluate your ink saving.
