You are getting screwed! What does Comdoc say normal coverage is? Does that match the industry standard measurement of 5% coverage/yield?

They seem to think the mfg suggested yield is normal usage and are being very generous by letting us do double suggested yield. I would recommend that anyone in the Ohio area do not sign with Comdoc but go to Xerox Direct. Comdoc is owned by Xerox and has a noncompete clause with them. If you go to the Xerox website and ask for a quote half of them will be answered by Comdoc. My opinion is that Xerox should step in here and make them honor the contract since they are owned by Xerox. We have been talking to Xerox but not sure where that will get us.
