From my understanding in order to have a UV coating that can be used for direct food contact it has to be fully cured. Having a UV product cure fully is not just related to your product but also the lamps being used. I have not heard of any UV product that is capable of a full cure like EB coatings/inks do. Are you saying you have a product that is fully cured coming off press allowing for zero chemical migration into the food product?
