Hello PrintPlanet community,
I’m an R&D ink formulation chemist based in an OEM lab in Shenzhen. Our factory formulates and supplies digital inks (UV curable, water-based packaging, and textile inks) in bulk for several major large-format printer brands globally.
I've lurked here for a while and am always impressed by the high-level prepress and wide-format troubleshooting discussions. I’m not here to push sales—our business is mainly B2B bulk and OEM manufacturing anyway. I joined to bridge the gap between hardware operators and fluid chemistry.
If anyone is battling issues with:
Cheers,

If anyone is battling issues with:
- UV ink adhesion on tricky substrates (glass, fluted poly, acrylic).
- Viscosity, degassing, or starvation issues on Ricoh Gen5/6 or Kyocera printheads.
- Ink-limit physics and custom ICC profiling.
Cheers,
