Fiery IC-306 loses Share settings on Hot Folders

Fiery System 9 Release 2.
Client reports that whenever the Fiery goes to sleep, the Share settings on his hot folders goes away, and he has to go in and set those again. I set him up for a PDF drag and drop workflow which he likes very much. The Fiery is fully patched. Any ideas...any other info I can provide?

without knowing all the details, I would start by disabling the energy saving/sleep settings. Your customers explanation sounds pretty weird and you may not be getting all the info.

More dramatic solution: Do a backup in CWS, reload system code, and restore.

Don't let the machine go to sleep and just turn the monitor off.
