Fiery:Ripping vectors pixelated from .eps (help)

Fiery: when vector file scale to 1000% it Ripps Pixelated
and the resolution on the rip is the highest. Any ideas why?

I'd guess maybe it's a transparency issue and the file is being flattened (rasterised) and then scaled, instead of the other way round.

Hi, it's actually just type converted to paths, no transparency, it's something on the rip software.

Sounds like the RIP is rasterizing before scaling. Everything gets rasterized before output. Try scaling the vector before sending to the RIP.

By the way, how are you sending the file to the RIP? Is it pixelated, or is this an issue with flatness (not flattening) - where smooth curves look like a collection of little straight lines?
