Flex rip T4- Backstage pilot 7.0 Help?

Hi
I am working with flexrip t4 and software design is a mosaic format grs.
Why Tiff file output mode moiré Tiff files are 97lpi and its 30 degrees? Or 97lpi and 45 degrees,. Even at the lower lpi most striking example of this problem 72lpi.
But 60 degrees is too low. Flexrip setting is the problem? Or Bacstage 7? Because the 30 and 60 degree angles to
37 and 67 degree turns but does not change the angles of 15, 45 and 75.
Where is my output Moire Tiff file?

Hi Payam
Im not sure I understand your question correctly.
I think your problem is license related.

In the rip log file this should appear if you don't have license:
E_SCRSEL_IE Internal error (Required Flex screen license not available (dot = m, angle = 15))

These is the angels you get with different options

Offset configuration:
0, 15, 45, 75 degrees

Flexo option (offset included):
7.5, 22.5, 37.5, 52.5, 67.5, 82.5 degrees

HighLineXM option:
30, 60 degrees.

Thanks Simon
But my application (error) do not. Does everything appear correctly
Only the final file (TIFF) is a Moire.
In addition, because of our printing (silk screen) and the input files (multi-channel), we use a lot of angles 30 and 60.

Did you check the log file?
There is most if the time a lot of information in there.

How to do it is very easy.
Go to backstage pilot
Select the rip task
Right klick
Show log

One other thing to check:
In your ripticket you can select dot type.
Do you see "highline" there?
If not, you don't have the license.
If you want I can check your configuration for you.
But then I need your customer code or company name and location.

Wkr
Simon

Yes simon
For 97Lpi and 30 degree and 2540 dpi Log is:

94.75 LPI (asked 97) , angele 37 (asked 30) dot round fogra
.
.
sucsess

no High line in task,, i know it

Then I'm sorry to say that with your current configuration it's not possible to use 30 or 60 degrees.
Please contact your esko sales rep
Ask for a test license of highline
I'm sure this is what you need.
