Flexo and Offset defects - picture guides

I've been starting to gather together a list of defect classifications that can occur when handling Flexography and Offset printing. This would be for our own companies use as well as vendor manuals. I've been trying to look for visual representations of each defect such as Adhesion, Ghosting, Tracking and so on. Would anyone know of any source out there that currently has pictures of the many types of defects that can happen within printing?

you need to get one of these, there are pictures of just about all of the items you are looking for in there.
