New England’s Business Card Express (BCE)—20 employees, Concord, NH—has seen double digit growth in annual revenues by adding web-to-print e-commerce storefronts.
BCE management saw the need to take the company to a more modern infrastructure that could offer 24/7 service, eliminate time-consuming labor operations & leverage the Cloud to provide anytime / anywhere access. To organize this upgrade, Carl Lehmann, BCE owner, brought in print industry veteran Marc Forest.
Forest wanted BCE’s solution to be software-as-a-service (SaaS) & cloud-based, using easily integrated off-the-shelf elements. Forest understood the need to link front & back-end systems, and he chose Aleyant, because their solutions are already integrated with multiple MIS & web-to-print systems and other third-party applications commonly used in printing.
Aleyant’s embedded services link the company’s Presswise MIS and Automated Workflow Integrator (AWI) to automate the process of sending files to Ultimate ImpoStrip for printing. Implementing Pressero’s more than 80 e-commerce storefronts was fast and easy, permitting the company to became a global service provider.
