Genesis DPX screen says Developer: Busy

My Genesis DPX will not go online. Screen stuck on Developer: Busy. When i shut the front door, I hear a little 1-2 bangs like gears want to turn and screens goes online for 1-3 seconds then goes to Developer: Busy and nothing happens.
