Hi All,
I am having difficulty stitching a book consists of 2 signatures (16pp+4pp). As for 16pp, it is fine, however 4pp is a bottleneck as it tends to double sheet and machine stops regularly. Any help and suggestion are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

are you sure its not the folder picking up doubles.

Yes indeed the machine picks up double sheet regardless low or high folio. Pls help.

need more information, where is the machine picking up the double. hopper, caliper, reject tray,dos the st100 have
a x-stop, stops the machine when it picks missing sections or over sections after 3 or what you have set it for.

If you're picking up doubles in the pocket feeder, try the tip shown in the pdf attachment.
