We have the CD 102 with as best we can tell SIP v3 on it and I am told by Fuji that SIP is supported, is anyone doing this out there that can shed some light or advice. We have a network connection to the press but the files that are being created appear to contain no content.

Im at a loss, and not sure where to start so any help info on where to look would be welcomed.

Hi Yookaroo,

Fuji needs to provide a CIP3/CIP4 file from their rip (this is an option with their workflow so you will need this option) but this can not go directly to the press, You will need Prinect Prepress Interface or Prinect Pressroom Manager to receive the file. It will then convert it into a machine language format the CD102 will understand. Make sure that your workflow can generate the CIP3/CIP4 file and then contact your local Heidelberg rep, they can help you with this. Thanks.
