If you have purchased ArtPro from EskoArtwork, or one of their dealers, you should have been assigned a customer ID number. With that you may visit EskoLink.com, a major resource for EskoArtwork customers for documentation, tips and tricks, product info, and there you may view the logs of past and present support calls you may have made to EskoArtwork. - The ArtPro manuals are there.
Here is the link - https://eskolink.esko.com/Link/site.aspx?p=162. You will need to register and they will then email you a login. If you do not know your customer ID number, contact your dealer or EskoArtwork directly.

Thanks for your guidance. But i do not have access to my ID due to unfair competition, the seniors don't want me to go ahead.
