Help with Plockmatic Cracking...

Last month we got a new machine with a Plockmatic on the end of it. We are seeing cracking that we don't see on our Xerox Square Fold Trimmer. I have tried both the creasing widths available, is this the best Plockmatic will do or is something wrong?

Wow that's pretty bad. Grain direction correct?

Can you print and crease a sheet and not fold to see how it looks.

That literally looks like no crease at all.

We are creasing across the grain, NOT with it. Here is a picture of the bare crease on the wide setting.

I got it to improve a little bit by moving the crease position.

I guess the letterpress using matrix for creasing has spoiled me.
