Horizon BQ 270 - Advice needed

Hello there,
I have been looking for a used Horizon BQ 270 non PUR.
There is one that I have identified but unable to tell whether this is configured for PUR or Hot melt glue.
The dealer says it can be configured for either.
Can one be able to tell by looking at these photos?
