How Get the shinohara service menu password

Hello everyone,

Now that the official shinohara japan website no longer exists I haven´t been able to contact them, does anybody know how can i get in touch with them?

or how to get the password for this screen?

I´ve been told it was only given to the original buyer but I bought it used and have no contact.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
