How "Exposure Head" print digital data on the plate?

i read in the basysprint operator manual that

"The light source of the exposure head is made light modules. Each module contains a laser diode that generates violet light. The laser-light from each module is collected in the light collector and sent through the optical fibers to the light compensator. The compensator bundles the energy and directs it towards the heart of the exposure head: the DMDâ„¢ or Digital Micromirror Deviceâ„¢. During exposure, the light modules send violet light to the DMDâ„¢. The result will be a mini-picture on the plate, the size of the DMDâ„¢. If the exposure head moves, an entire rastered image can be created on the plate".

My question is that where is the "1-bit tif data" between the exposure head during exposing?

You have already answered yourself. I hate to be disrespectful but you don't seem to understand basic concepts so please let me give you an honest advice : turn to your supervisor or coworkers to teach you a minimum set of things about ctp plate exposure and plate processing, read Basys literature, ask your Basys local dealer for training or spend some time looking for details across the internet there's plenty of info available out there. Just my 2 cents.

I'm not familiar with laser versions of these machines and I cannot tell if the calibration procedure is described in your operator manual or is it reserved for the Basys service engineer. Maybe someone else will help.

Every plate has its own specification with regards to the requested laser power on plate to be able to trigger the polymerization process in the emulsion.
Each machine has its own settings to achieve these exposure requirements based on the laser intensity and drum or spinner speed

Infect i want understand the ctp process.
When i make 1-bit tiff and send to ctp then which ctp takes first step and 2nd and so on?

A 1-bit tiff is not sent to the CtP. The 1-bit tiff is made of pixels that are either "on" (black) or "off" (white). What is sent from the RIP to the CtP are instructions to turn the laser power on or off to recreate the 1-bit tiff on the plate.

Best, gordo
