How well would a Mimaki UJV 160 print on black rigid substrate?

We have a project and are considering buying a Mimaki UJV 160. We need to print on some solid foam board which is completely black. Is the white ink opaque enough to get bright colors? We have never printed anything like this before so any info is appreciated!

It would probably be better if you bought a real flatbed. You could print 60% density on one pass and 100% on second, because substrate would not move from one pass to another, Layers should match perfectly and give nice dense/opaque white, from what read so far - this is a technique to print on clear substrates and for backlight boxes.
We just bought a wide format printer - HP colorspan 98 UVX but before were considering a flatbed for convenience of printing boards - coroplast / foamcore but desided to go with this one as it is more versatile - can print both, up to 0.5 inch thick.
