Hello.
I just purchased a new HP Z6 Pro to replace some older HP aqueous printers. I've been running Caldera for 15 years so got my drivers updated for the Z6 Pro. I was surprised to find out that I am only able to create RGB profiles for this new printer and any CMYK controls and functionality are not available in Caldera. I contacted Caldera support and they told me that this is something that HP changed and there is no way to build CMYK profiles.
My problem is I need to adjust color on the posters that I print and have always done this within Caldera using color curves. Having been in the industry for 35 years now I think in CMYK and have a hard time thinking with color correction in RGB.
Does anyone know of a way to make color adjustments in CMYK in Caldera with these Z6 and Z9 printers?
Thanks!
