HP issue while printing banner

Good day to all I been printing 8ft banner out of the HP designjet l28500 and from time to time I keep getting head strikes on the banner has anybody else had this issue if so how did you solve it.

the strikes usually happen in the middle of the printer hopefully the 3 photo can give you a better idea of what I'm talking about
