HTML Edgar Filing

Hi All,

Does anyone out there know how to convert an Indesign document to HTML for Edgar filing?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Have you tried exporting your InDesign file for Dreamweaver? This allows you to create an HTML File (CS4). Since HTML is NOT good at page geometry, you might need to tweak it once you get the file, but all text and images will end up in HTML format.

Do you have any idea wht the Edgar Filing is all about it is a request from a client.

EDGAR files have to be done a very specific way. If you don't have any experience doing these you may want to check into other options. There are companies out there that specialize in these type of files, as in creating and sending.
I was checking into it last year, the manual on "how to" is over 800 pages long.
