Iam looking for lower cost and click charge.Well, you have konica minolta, they have several models to choose from that compete with the 9xxx line. You also have Fuji who has entered into the digital press area. Sharp, and of course no ones favorite, Xerox. Many on here have Ricoh's and love the machines but the service has been going downhill, but that is area dependant and can be said for the other top manufactures as well.
Like I mentioned, without more details about what you are looking for it will be general answers.

Maybe you could list a bit more about your volumes and workload. Maybe your current click and service rates as well? If we don't have an accurate picture of what you need, and your current situation, our answers may lead you astray, rather than helping you.Info on production printers
Click charges are going to be very heavily dependent on volume and usage plus the machine and type of printing you're doing.Iam looking for lower cost and click charge.
I get a 5 or 6 year lock on my click charge at .28 now they want to give me a Ricoh 9500 and not much cheaper click charge but we run a good volumeClick charges are going to be very heavily dependent on volume and usage plus the machine and type of printing you're doing.
Service varies across the market. Our print shop is with Canon at the moment and we're using v900's but those are overkill if you don't have the volume to support them.
Without knowing your current volume and type of printing you're doing we have no way to gauge whether your current setup is reasonably priced. Now is a good time to get good deals since sales is hungry for EOY deadlines but you might have waited too long to get in before the EOY.
I have only had Ricohs and they have been good but have no experience with othersAs it's your first post and you have 2 9210's what is your opinion on them? I love mine. I have an older canon c75 that compliments/backup my ricoh 9210 that still does a good job.
You will see lovers and haters of every make and model printer on here. I've had 5 color printers over the past 15 years 1 KM, 3 models of cannons, and now the Ricoh, it's my favorite but not a perfect machine. Is there one? My click charge goes down almost every new contract but it increases over the life, so I may try and negotiate a fixed 5 year one when I replace my next but I'm not currently looking.
Share some of your detail and you may get more specific answers.
Is that number missing a zero? What is your volume?I get a 5 or 6 year lock on my click charge at .28 now they want to give me a Ricoh 9500 and not much cheaper click charge but we run a good volume
Oh good. Because if someone is charging you 28 cents then I could confirm that you were being robbed. Canons are usually around 3 cents so you're probably okay on the click charge. I suspect that by next year Canons will be up closer to 4 cents.I am sorry it is 2.8
