I have Problem with My Image setter signasetter

Hi all expert men

i sold my Image setter signasetter 1999 to my customer
i just moved my machine to another place
but after set up.
after connect to the delta tower (RIP)
this massage shows up: "delta Tower: imagesetter not operable"
what i should to do?
i tested speedway and cable SCSI tower to PC and Card SCSI and Dongle cables to another machine. all of them is OK.
but I'm not sure about The Tower works well....
please guide me....
finally after initials not become to Idle and then not initialing

Hi all experts,

I have a heidelberg hercules basic 1998.

Same problem showed up on my imagesetter as well.

I have cleaned my server box and then pluged the cables again but, now ''Delta Tower: imagesetter not operable" error shows up.

How can I fix it?
