I Need Help With a Mailing

I have a client who is wanting to target individual apartment buildings. Very large residential buildings. He has provided me with a list of the buildings and their addresses and how many residents/apartments are in each address. I now need to figure out how to get the address of each residence in order to create the mailing list. I would prefer to just buy the list, but all the sites I have looked through don't seem to have an option that could help me with this. Most are radius or zip code generated with you deciding the demographics to narrow the list down. Id appreciate a good starting point whether it be for creating my own list or buying one. Thanks!

You can look at the mailboxes and get the list of addresses and make your own list, 200 sample st apt 1a-1z, 2a-2z.. 210 sample st apt 1a-1z.. etc etc.. Or you can go the easy route, some of the list vendors have apartments/condos already broken down so you order the list with all the addresses ready to go or order the carrier route that apt is in and pick out the addresses you want to mail to.
