Dear Chris, great day for you, I appreciate your help, finally the dealer of this CTPs replaced the springs, however this company need local support so in the near future I will be in touch with you to do a preventive maintenance with your help, and naturally sharing the profit. Thank you...HC springs you just loose screws and replace them. Removing screws is not needed. Easier to do.
For TC springs is machine calling for 20000 replace?
You must have engineer dongle inserted to reset that counter. Otherwise machine will stop at 21000.
Still need help with that? I can elaborate later how to replace them.

Hi Chris -- I currently have the same exact warning. Do I just need to contact Amsky to get it cleared before the machine is locked out in 1000 more plates? Do you recommend anyone that I could contact in USA?
