ICC profiles for Epson signature worthy paper for my R2000

Hello all-
My name is Dave and I'm fairly new to printing my photographs. I recently purchased an Epson R2000 and have been really enjoying myself. In an effort to branch out and use better paper in my printing, I bought an Epson Signature Worthy sample pack. Unfortunately, Epson only lists ICC profiles for these papers with their pro level printers. The first thought that came to mind is to use the profiles for the R3800 but that's just off the top of my head. Is there a better alternative short of profiling these myself (which I'd be at a loss on how to do) or is there an existing profile that would achieve a fairly accurate profile for my R2000?
Thanks in advance!
Dave

Hi Dave
I think you will find the ink set for the R2000 and R3800 are different so the profiles wouldn't be relevant to your device.
Obviously you could purchase all the equipment required and build your own profile, but you have a bit of a learning curve and outlay to get the best results. If I was you I would look at one of the services that build custom profiles for you based on your requirements.
You will get a good quality profile and may learn something along the way.
I haven't personally used the services from Chromix but I think you will find they have a pretty good reputation in colour management. CHROMiX - Color Management, Custom ICC Profiles, ColorSync

I can vouch for the quality service and workmanship from Chromix. I have several printer profiles and a scanner profile from them, and I get excellent results.
