My Fiery was periodically distorting images, Ikon determined that the hard drive was toast. The drive was replaced but then something happened with the power supply and the Fiery will no longer power up. This was about a month ago (luckily I have another machine). I've called repeatedly and they tell me that the power supply was discontinued by Fiery, so there are no more parts available. They said they would check inventory to see if anything else was available (over a week ago). Does anyone know if this is true (about the power supply), and, since the Fiery is under contract, what steps I can take to get them to actually do something?
