Does anyone have a good solution for bringing DXF/DWG files into Illustrator?
Our results haven't been all that great. We have some customers with tight tolerances, the variation in size & text format is a source of aggravation, not to mention shapes with unjoined points, and various other issues.
I suspect some of the problem is a function of the export settings from the CAD software.
I've looked and been unable to find any plug-ins or stand alone programs that improve the import.
Any tips or insight would be greatly appreciated.
