HI,
I'm using it from some days on new and old projects, there's a little bugfix to install but personally I have not found any problem.

Been using it a few days, I do not notice anything different. They do by default show this bar now when placing a file

Was annoyingly hidden all the time in 2017.

You can keep the previous version of Indesign installed as well for testing, I always do that and still have 2017 installed but have not had to go back to it.

No issues with 2018 on both (1) 2017 iMac 5k and (3) Windows 10 x64. Stable build in my opinion.

Sierra at work, heavy use, no issues so far. High Sierra at home, light use, no issues so far. FontExplorer plugins became available yesterday, too.

Seems like it functions like its sposed to.... only annoyance I have is my last version of suitcase fusion has to be uprgraded if I want auto font activation
