Indesign Application Scripts

I recently downloaded and ran Maintenance 3.8. After running it, all the application scripts in Indesign CS3 stopped working... my biggest concern is the cropmarks script... any suggestions how to fix them? I'm not sure if it happened because of Maintenance, but thought I'd throw it out there.
