Just looking for opinions on these as we are considering our upgrading our indigo or adding the DI. UV. Price wise they are close and the UV. would help open new markets to our company.
As for the Indigo, it has been a great machine but not sure how well it would dry on plastics or matte stock. And course it's geared to shorter run work than the DI.
How well does UV inks dry on matte? This is a huge problem on our larger offset presses.
How reliable is the Ryobi DI?
How much more do the UV inks cost to run than a premium conventional ink.
What is a realistic run speed for the DI? I'm told 7000 iph max speed but whats realistic?
Thanks in advance
