Hello, I am in need of some information.
I have been in the print industry for many years in a production/customer service position. I am presently the print buyer for a statement/mailing company. We are looking to bring some of the printing I buy in house and we are currently looking at a small 2 color Hamada press...with the possibility of growing to larger presses.
I know having the press is one thing...but making plates is most important. Can someone please give me all the information I need, and what equipment I will need to look into purchasing (CTP). I am clueless, I know we need an imagesetter, plate processor, software etc.
