Presstek is a leading provider of eco-friendly printing solutions, recently acquired Anocoil Corporation expanding our market reach, product line,and customer base. Both Presstek and Anocoil have a long standing mission of bringing plate technology innovations to market resulting in quality and performance benefits to our customers.


The inside sales position requires supporting existing customers and prospecting for new business in the Printing Industry. The company sells and distributes a wide selection of consumables used in the printing process, such as, plates, inks, etc.


Key Responsibilities:


• Meet or exceed established sales goals.
• Qualify sales leads developed through the company’s marketing initiatives and convert to new business.
• Communicating with new customers to thank them for their business, provide an overview of other products and services that we offer and inquire as to how we might gain more of their business.
• Generate sales leads through proactive outbound prospecting into targeted companies.
• Gather sales intelligence around customer’s needs and their buying decision process, as the opportunity arises (VOC).
• Travel as needed to meet with customers and dealers. Build business relationships to maintain existing accounts and drive new opportunities.
• Direct field sales interactions with customers to retain legacy business and system upgrades.
• Promote our fully functional web store.
• Continually learn about our products, industry trends, and customer’s requirements in an effort to provide sound product advice when required.
• Maintain territory database in CRM including prospects, accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities.
• Provide support for Customer Care and Purchasing departments when required.


Education/Experience:
• 5+ years sales experience
• Track record of success in sales
• Excellent telephone sales skills
• High energy and self-starter
• Familiarity with the printing industry a plus
