ATTENTION - ATTENTION
has all those who would buy a INTEC, you must know the costs set forth in their prospectus is false the real cost of this machine greatly exceeds those vehicle. To make the purchase of this machine and the payback you will need prints only the envelopes otherwise if you think competitionnnez your entourage you go you make account fast enough like me that this is impossible is a good machine to make envelopes only the operation cost is too high to make the daily production and when you realize it is too late you must observe the credit lease contract. To try to help you INTEC PRINTING SOLUTION offers a reduction of supplies of 30 %, and even with this reduction you will be unable to arrive with an acceptable price and you will not be competitive. Believe me i am stuck with a lease for a machine that does not pay anything here is the reality of a machine of shit.

I don't understand.

Did you read your contract with them before you signed it? If you did then they, like you, would be obliged to honor that contract. If they are changing the agreed to pricing afterwards then they are breaking the contract.

If you accepted the costs outlined in the contract then I would think that it is your responsibility, and not Intec, to determine if your costs to run the equipment will allow you to make a profit.

Ok. Near as I can tell, you were given a "prospectus" (estimate of how much you will save), in order to entice you to lease the machine, only to find out you were mislead (Imagine that! A salesperson telling an untruth to close a deal --- what is this world coming to!?!).

If you signed the lease, and that prospectus was not included or made part of the lease, you probably don't have much legal ground to stand on to get out of the lease. Experience, they say, is the best teacher.

If you are that disenchanted with the equipment, your best course of action at this time would be to refer this to your corporate attorney, and let them handle it. They may be able to negotiate some sort of settlement.
