Yep... I'm running the latest version of Signa (2.something) on a MacPro 2x2,66 Ghz, 5 GB of RAM and a 30 inch cinema display.
Works great!

I'm running it (Prinect Signa 3.0.10) on the iMac 2,4 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo with 2 GB RAM. OS X 10.4.10
